Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery to all CV, LE10, LE17 and NN11 postcodes. We can ship outside of these postcodes, please contact us for delivery costs.

We hold all customer data securely and do not sell on your details to any third parties.
Returns & Replacements
If you change your mind during the 14 day cooling off period you can return the item to us for a full refund as long as the item is still in it's original, unopened packaging. Any damage or missing accessories will be chargeable. If you want us to collect the item from you and are within our local delivery area this can be arranged and there will be a £20 charge.
Special order items [items we do not stock but have been ordered in specifically at your request] will insure a re-stocking fee and must be returned within 14 days and be in original unopened packaging.
If the item is defective contact us and we will try and resolve the issue for you. If needed we will contact the manufacturer [if the item is still under warranty] and arrange for them to call out and repair the item. If the problem is user error then the call out may be chargeable.
Repairs carry a 3 month warranty for any work we carried out and any parts replaced. If you have another fault on the same item within 6 months we will inspect the item free of charge and give you an estimate for repair. The product is to be returned to us at your cost or we can collect locally for a £20 charge.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Cash, Cheques and all major credit cards. We will issue a VAT invoice for any commercial business.
